This is a thread I'm making where, if someone has a power idea but doesn't want to attach it to a character, they can write it here. And someone else can take it, or adapt it for themselves. Please understand that by posting ideas here it relinquishes your claim on it. There can be multiple characters with the same kind of power on Rise, but just because you came up with the idea doesn't mean you have claim to it, okay?
