An abandoned tile factory that hides an underground, illegal medical clinic run by Dr. Donald Richards. The outside of the building maintains the appearance of abandonment while the inside has been renovated to work as a sterile makeshift hospital. In some areas of the building, medical beds are separated by sheets strung on wires rather than actual room walls.
