Heroes are everywhere, but the city of Astaria, Oregon is a hotspot. It's home to the Aegis, a group of heroes dedicated to protecting the world from superpowered threats. Meanwhile, the sinister Cabal lurks in the shadows, plotting something known only to them. Everyone rises; heroes to defend and protect, villains to oppress and terrorize, and all to their destiny.

This is the seat of the Astaria government. The building houses the office of the Mayor of Astaria and the chambers of the Astaria Council. While the Mayor's Office is in the building, the staff of thirteen municipal agencies under mayoral control are located in the nearby Astaria Municipal Building.
