A fancy-looking cafeteria underground, where one can get whatever they want. It's open during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours, and closes at midnight. It's still open late at night, but the vending machines are only available to the night owls at ARF.

On the other side of the Offices, is another enclosed area with multiple structures where every personnel (scientists, staff, guards, etc) are able to live at instead of living off-site somewhere. There's also an access point for the underground advanced monorail that takes them into the research facility, which shuttles the personnel anywhere throughout it.

There's a whole street that wraps around in a circle above ground, for all of the employees...well, the important ones who need an office, anyway. This whole area is inside a perimeter of an electric fence and heavily guarded by mobile and stationary guards.

Astaria Research Facility is a vast series of underground research laboratories as well as surface constructions such as offices, chemical waste disposal plants, and personnel dormitories for those who work there. ARF has military contracts and is said to be conducting top-secret research into various fields, such as genetic engineering of Super Soldiers and other questionable projects.
