Unbreakable skin - Just like how it sounds. Her skin is unbreakable. She can stab herself and the knife breaks. She hasn't tested the extent of the power.
Super Stamina - Stamina that seemingly goes on forever. It's roughly five times that of an Olympic athlete.
Super Durability - Just because you have unbreakable skin doesn't mean you have unbreakable bones. Fortunately for Charlotte though, it would take quite the fall to break a bone in her body thanks to her super durability.
Super Strength - Charlotte's super strength is proportional to her own strength. If she can lift 50 pounds without her powers, she can lift 2500 pounds with them. That's 50 times her own strength. If she was to work out, the amount would be 50 times whatever her new weight would be nullified.

GENERAL: Charlotte has a slim figure. She's blonde with greenish eyes. The sixteen year old is five foot five inches tall and has a habit of having a bit of a skip in her walk. She's generally pretty relaxed. Not confident, but really what teenager is? She wears pretty much anything that she feels suits her, whether that's dresses or denim. She even occasionally wears suits, although she does prefer dresses to them.
COSTUME: She doesn't have a costume really. If she gets involved in any heroing shenanigans it's usually not planned.

Personality
Charlotte can be serious, but she is relaxed in everything she does. She is the sort of person to make people laugh, to make them light up. It's a skill she's proud of, and not one that exists solely because of her baking either. She is a very warm person, and it can't help but be a bit contagious. She isn't particularly confident as a person, but she is confident in her ability to help others using just herself. She doesn't want to just make a difference with her powers because she believes there's more to it than that. You treat the person after the catastrophe also. The catastrophe is only the symptom of the problem in her opinion.
Charlotte is about as motherly as a sixteen year old can end up being, honestly. She believes in the great power of believing in others. This doesn't mean she's naive, as she knows firsthand how harsh the world can be. But she believes in the principle of 'if you put good into the world, you get good back' so she practices it. Way she figures it, someone might pick the same mentality up along the way.

History
Charlotte was born on January 3, 2003 and welcomed into the family by two ecstatic parents and a big brother. She should've had a completely normal childhood. But it wasn't to be. On February 12 of the same year, icy road conditions caused Lara and Elias Ledger to veer into oncoming traffic. A semi was coming that way. They died on the scene, and not even their powers as superheroes could save them. Their children Cain and Charlotte were at a babysitter at the time. And so began rather unusual childhoods for the both of them.
From that point on, they were adopted and raised by Aegis. Their identities were kept secret, but everyone knew that there were two kids being raised by Aegis. Cain adopted the alias Harmony. Charlotte...well Charlotte's changed a lot. She could never quite settle on a name, so for a while she was just Aegis Kid #1 as an identification. Which worked, but she maintains it wasn't particularly glamourous.
Charlotte and Cain were both incredibly talented, and could both sing really well. Cain discovered he could pick up instruments to learn them pretty quickly, and Charlotte figured out she could pick up all sorts of skills. When Charlotte was six, Cain's powers manifested. The kicker was as far as the family went he was late getting them at thirteen. Charlotte didn't have all her powers from the start, but at age five she gained unbreakable skin. Try to give a kid their vaccine shots that way.
When Charlotte was ten, Cain was locked in a giant concert speaker to get even for something that their parents had done. Charlotte was so worried about her big brother when he was in the hospital afterwards. And it broke her heart when she found out he couldn't speak again. But she did what she could to make him feel better, including finding a teacher for American Sign Language and learning ASL along with Cain.
Charlotte was eleven when the members of Aegis black ops discovered that the people who had locked Cain in the concert speaker had orchestrated the death of their parents. Black ops went in to take them out. Charlotte, not to be left out, snuck into the trunk of the car. By the time they discovered she was in there, it was too late. So she tagged along. Cain still doesn't know the people who locked him in the speaker killed his parents. Charlotte doesn't really plan to tell him. She nearly lost her entire family to those assholes, and it made her more intense as a result.
As a result, high school was really interesting for her. She had some friends. Friends she thought were her best friends. Then she gained the rest of her powers when she was fourteen. Super strength, super durability, super stamina. Unfortunately, her friends tried to use her for her powers. When that didn't work to make them more popular, they ostracized her. There was nothing her big brother could do. Charlotte just struggled through, clinging to the hobbies she was good at. She also quit singing. Her heart wasn't in it anymore. She baked instead, and it helped.
She doesn't plan on being a hero of Aegis, but she's a clutch hero if they ever need her help. And if she stumbles across someone needing help, she can't help it. She tries to be the person she needed at one point. The funny thing is that while Cain has a secret identity, Charlotte doesn't. She's public with her powers, and her involvement with Aegis, Nobody knows she was really raised by them because that would implicate Cain, but yeah.
