Double Life
ABILITIES: Roman has the ability to control the mind of birds. His bird of choice is a falcon however, he can do this with any variety of bird. He can meld minds with one bird at a time, essentially possessing it. He can only do this with one bird at a time, but can have a general control over a larger number. When possessing a bird, his eyes turn into a glowing green, and he is unable to move. Snapping back into control of himself is mostly seamless, just needing about 5 seconds to switch back. However, the further he goes away from himself with the bird, the longer this transition can take. Roman does have a pet falcon, Neer, that is often near him, if not perching on his shoulder. Their bond is strong, and while he cannot communicate to her in words, they do have an uncanny understanding of each other.
SKILLS:
+ General Weapons Training: Roman doesn't have any one particular weapon of choice, though he does have a preference for ranged combat above all else. He is versatile and is able to adapt.
+ General Combat Training: While Roman can't say he excels at some form of martial arts like some members of the Cabal, he does have a general hand to hand combat training that allows him to hold up his own in close quarters combat.
+ Affinity with Animals: Roman, partially due to his abilities, partially due to general personality, is a natural with animals. He has a way with them, and has a good way of calming one down if needed. Animals are more likely to work alongside Roman well.
WEAKNESSES:
- No Specialization: Roman doesn't have the advantage of specializing in some type of fighting form or some specific type of weapon. He is not going to have an easy time going up against someone that is a savant with assault rifles or some long lost form of martial arts.
- Not A People Person: Roman isn't exactly an asshole, but he often says really stupid shit. Where he seems to know just how to operate with animals, humans are a whole different ballpark that he is terrible at and shows no signs of improving any time soon.
- Only Human: Roman is only human. He has the average stamina, durability, and endurance of your typically fit human being. He is vulnerable in all the ways a person is vulnerable. He has no resistances.

Appearance
GENERAL: Roman has chestnut brown hair that often is worn with a flowing middle part. He has light hazel eyes and a small hooped earring in his right ear. A beauty spot dots above the corner of his mouth on his right side. His scent is something deep and earthy. Roman dresses, for the most part, unassuming. Often a t-shirt, typically varying only from white to grey to black. Always jeans, and always either black combat boots or converse. Leather bracelets adorn his wrists, silver rings speckling his hands, and a silver chain tucked under the neckline of his shirt.
COSTUME: Roman's costume is nothing flashy. He wears black jeans, black combat boots, a worn black leather jacket with a dark grey hoodie underneath. Typically he will have the hood up and a black domino mask to conceal his eyes, and a plain black surgical mask to cover the lower half of his face. His right arm does have a dark brown leather brown pad strapped to his forearm for Neer to perch if needed. He has a similar colored shoulder pad on each shoulder for Neer as well. Safety first and all that, even though he does have countless scars along his shoulder and arms from Neer perching with no protection.

Personality
One might assume given his affiliation that Roman is a dastardly individual. In actuality, he is a rather normal guy. He enjoys stupid jokes, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and enjoys going to the cinema at least once a week. He is secretly a rom-com movie buff. He dreams of finding a love like something out of the movies. He is a dreamer. Roman has learned to put on a mask. A dreamer doesn't make it in high society, or so the Myers have ingrained in their children.
Due to always being instructed to wear a mask, he doesn't always know how to be the most truthful with people and has a hard time letting the lovable dork underneath show. He is polite more often than not, but at an arms distance. Roman is fiercely loyal, quite literally to a fault.
How far does loyalty go? Especially when the present company he finds himself in has him turning his back on all of his morals?

History
Roman is a middle child in the Myers family. A washed up once prestigious lineage that from the day he was born has been trying to crawl its way out of the depths of social invisibility. The Myers line deals in the jewelers business, selling luxury wristwatches and fine diamond necklaces. From the get go, Roman was drilled in the art of etiquette and posturing. He was sent to a private school, along with all of his other brothers, that his parents could barely afford. That, however, was one hard kept secret. The Myers were always remarkable at wearing masks.
Roman from a young age was associated with Violetta and Jolene Darcy, becoming thick as thieves with the pair. He supported Violetta, often watching her as she practiced martial arts, and he kept her company many a nights at her family's lab. He was also an avid enjoyer of Jolene's parties, joining her in shoplifting at the mall, cutting class. He was inseparable of the two, merely juggling who he was with at any given moment. Roman was also Violetta's fake boyfriend, a PR stunt mashed together by their families. Alec Darcy wanted whatever assets the Myers could give, and his own father and mother craved the social elevation that came with being tied up with the Darcy's. Once again was the Myers name in the limelight of the upper echelons, and they were not going to let it go. Technically, the world still knows (or those that care at least,) that Roman and Violetta are engaged. His parents forcing him to bend down on one knee and ask with a diamond ring from their company. Only time will tell if this will truly give him a fraction of the redemption he seeks.
