ABILITIES: Body Wavelength Manipulation

Iliya can manipulate the wavelength of body parts.  If he wants to make his muscles more solid and lift more, he can by changing the wavelength to one that can.  He can change his brain's wavelength to one that is capable of communicating with animals, or of telekinesis.  Or of slight precognitive abilities.  If he wants to be able to see further or in the dark, he can tweak the wavelength of his eyes. 

On a more offensive level, he can tweak the body parts of others.  However, he can do this for 30 seconds at most, and it has to be a wavelength he already knows from using it on his own body.

SKILLS: 

- knowledgeable sailor

- trained in enough martial arts to have ended up a good street fighter

- decent singer

- Well versed in melee weapons.  Knives for example.  As for range, he knows how to use a glock well.  Roughly.

WEAKNESSES:

- it takes a lot of calories to be able to shift the wavelength

- he can't do things that involve the shape of a body part to make them more accurate.  For example, improving his sense of smell to be like a dog's would involve changing his nose to be the shape of a dog's because that's how it works.

- the bigger the area he's changing the more concentration it takes to do it

- body part manipulation of others is limited to 30 seconds because of the amount of concentration required along with the lack of knowledge of how another's body might function.  He would probably need something like the other person's complete medical history to even try doing it for longer.  He also must already know the wavelength he's changing it to from using it on his own body.

History

TW: substance and physical abuse

Iliya was born on September 1, 1986 in Nashville, Tennessee to a single mother.  His dad wasn't in the picture in the least.  In fact, by the time he reached the age of seven, he realized his mother barely was.  She was a raging alcoholic, sometimes with the emphasis on raging.  A few different drugs made their way into the picture and out of it, but alcohol was the constant.
