Double Life
ABILITIES: Healing factor
- Bennett's healing factor is so powerful after a certain age he has stopped aging entirely. He can regrow limbs. He has had attempts on his life that with any other person would have killed them. As long as there's part of him left, he seems to be able to regenerate. He has survived being in pretty small pieces as well.
- as a result of his healing factor he can adapt fairly decently to toxins in the air or diseases in his body. The healing factor attacks both in equal measure.
SKILLS:
- can hotwire a car, pick a lock and various other things a delinquent would know haaaa
- he has learned a variety of martial arts to defend himself
- he can use a variety of weapons, melee, projectile and gunnery
- excellent business sense
WEAKNESSES:
- other than his great ability to heal from injuries and the lack of aging, he is a normal human man. This means anything that would incapacitate and not kill would probably be fairly effective against him.
- Mental attacks would work against him, although his healing factor might adapt eventually
- He feels all the pain he experiences, even if he has grown used to it.
- The more severe the injury the longer it takes to heal. If he's in pieces, it's gonna take a while.
- using the powers gives him a monster appetite
- he is not immediately immune to toxins it takes time for his body to adapt

Appearance
GENERAL: Bennett is a strapping fellow with a very muscular body. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and often has a bit of stubble on his chin and cheekbones. He is six foot three inches in height. He enjoys wearing suits and all that entails, although he also likes his leather (jackets and pants both), denim, and regular old t-shirts. For footwear, he can be found in leather boots or sneakers most often, as dress shoes are seen as rather impractical by him.
COSTUME: Bennett's costume, if you can call it that, are a pair of body armoured pants paired with a utility belt and...no shirt. Bennett says it saves money on ruined shirts considering he heals from everything. In reality, it's that and...it makes a damn good distraction around people. He does value his privacy though, so he wears a mask. It goes over his mouth to the back of his head. Basically it's a hood with a mask that goes over his entire face. His whole outfit is black with emerald green accents, including the windows for his eyes. He doesn't see in green though, it's just for appearance sake.

Personality
Bennett isn't completely sane. That tends to happen to a person when they started off rich and powerful, went through a delinquent period, and then died a few times. Your sanity doesn't really stay completely intact after that. At this point, he doesn't really care about motives for himself. His motive is causing chaos in any way he can. While some are strategic, Bennett only has strategies when he's wanting a specific reaction from someone. His strategies are, as a result, pretty short term. You know that saying we're here for a good time not a long time? Well he's resigned himself to the fact that he's going to be here a long time, but he's still going to have a good time. And a good time means causing chaos by any means necessary.
His emotions can change at the drop of a hat, as can his whims. The reality is that you might not be able to predict him, and you wouldn't want to. He can go from joyful to fits of intense rage. If he was given any power but regeneration it could be trouble. As is, he is the heir to the title of duke in a European country. The odd thing is that in matters of policy and governmental decisions, Bennett's reasoning and emotions are solid. He has had it ingrained in him from childhood and it appears to have worked.

History
Bennett Winston III was born on May 3, 1985 to Theodore and Roberta Winston. They were the duke and duchess of a province in a small European country called Adaira. Known as fair leaders, their lands were pretty peaceful, and also superpower positive. As a result Bennett had a pretty damn good childhood, growing up with riches and love from his family alongside his three sisters Teddy, Eleanora and Nora.
When Bennett was eight years old, his education as the heir to the title of duke began. At first, it was simple enough. But as he grew older, the education got more and more complicated and strict. Ben didn't respond well to that. When he was fourteen, he began sneaking off the estate and getting into a variety of hijinks. With what he did, normally he would have been labelled a juvenile delinquent and possibly put into a juvenile detention centre. However, he was the child of the duke and thereby avoided the normal punishments. He got into a lot of trouble, and it ended up spiraling out of his control when he was seventeen. Bennett was jumped by some members of a gang that he'd pissed off. They beat him and stabbed him in an alley, leaving him for dead. For anyone else, it would have been dead. But in Bennett's case, such a great trauma kickstarted the gene he carried for superpowers in the Winston bloodline. It was simply luck he got a power of regeneration, as it didn't run in his family at all.
Well when he discovered he could heal he immediately began testing things. And when he discovered it was very powerful he started being really stupid and putting himself in harm's way. Being an ass to gang members. Eventually, he pissed off a big facility, name withheld because of confidentiality, And they sent an assassin to kill him.
Suffice to say, it didn't work. He started kind of lording it over potential murderers, and by now he's died a variety of ways, none of which have worked, and likes to keep a tally of the ways and times in a journal of his.
But you're probably wondering 'why Oregon that seems an awfully long way from home' and you'd be right. Bennett heard tell of a more welcoming atmosphere towards superpowers, of Aegis, and of the Cabal. He is drawn to chaos, in order to try to cause it. And Astaria seems to him to be ripe for the picking. With his connections, wealth, and powers, the Cabal approached him to join and he accepted.
