ABILITIES: Toy Manipulation : Decipher has the ability to animate and manipulate various kinds of toys with her mind, however the toys themselves do not transform themselves in anyway but still function, keep the same durability along with composition as any ordinary toy. For the purpose of what qualifies as a power as far as a toy goes, a toy is defined as something that is explicitly designed to be considered a plaything for children under the age of five.
**Active play means that she has to be currently using it and not just holding it. For the simplest of explanations it would have to be either being pulled (much like a hot wheels toy that is against a track), or thrown (like a frisbee, or anything with a 'disc' type of shape, hula hoop is a GREAT EXAMPLE)
**Toys as Referenced in her weaknesses : (a.k.a. her weapons/toys that she uses her powers on to defend herself) are the four following:
Hula Hoop: Perfect Circle. She will put it around your neck and then proceed to try and snap your neck with it, all while setting a glass of wine on top of your head and daring you to make it spill so that she feels less guilty about hurting you.
Toy Chandelier : A mini toy chandelier. It does play music, specifically Christmas music. The lights spin against the walls when it is in use do to the circular base that chandeliers are made from. The music is always happy because who does not love Christmas music but the effects of watching the lights bounce off of the walls are not and may cause slight dizziness to the person staring at them, if they look too long.
Spinagain: A circular based spinning toy with rings that go on the outside of a metal pole and you can rearrange the colors. The rings have sharpened edges to them and can be used as a throwing weapon should Decipher decide but mostly the rings are just scary decorations and the metal pole is used for harm, not by use of her power but because she's an angry little platypus that likes to whack things.
Glitter Dust : Though the glitter dust has no real use, it is an easy thing to literally just grab and throw in a person's face to get away. It does have a skin irritant attached in it so most of the time the dust when wiped off will leave the face a certain color for a day or two, no longer. Colors are: Pink, Purple, Yellow, Orange and Blue.
*These are the only toys that you will ever see her use as her power is limited to toys for kids five and under as these are toys that are often used to help kids get their starts in life and toys that she used herself as a child so she understands them and what makes them work. In order to actually control the toy, Decipher has to study how it works and remember it.
This is not a power that is easy as she has to always put herself back to her childhood days to remember how to use the toys. Adult toys are not included in this because well that would just be terrible and not very child like at all and she prefers her child hood to her adult like any day. Also in order to fully understand how the toy works Decipher has to lock herself away and play with the toy for a total of 72 hours, with no sleep or wine.

She loves her make up and if she was not so obsessed with nascar and fishing then her heart would really be into make up and doing make up for others because the world is just more beautiful with make up but honestly between Nascar days and fishing tournaments she does not have time to do anyone else's make up but her own.

Carpal Tunnel- Because all of her toys require use of her wrists when it comes to making them spin, Decipher does suffer from carpal tunnel but she has too much pride to take anything for it, as she has one addiction already and doesn't need another one. GENERAL: Decipher is a staggering 5 feet 9 inches with blue eyes and some would say a 'smoldering' face as her expressions on her face barely change. She almost always has her hair down and a slight part in the middle though every once in a while she will pull her hair up into a high ponytail. Though she is very modelesque in some ways she simply likes to wear free flowing clothing.
This includes free flowing skirts and shirts that give her a very loose fitting feeling that way she does not feel like she is showing off too much skin. She does tend to tan in the winter just because it makes putting the make up on her face easier. Though she has thought about it, Decipher has no tattoos, however she does have a couple of defining marks.
The first mark is her birthmark which she hides very well with make up, however if you happen to catch her without make up you will be able to see that right across the upper part of her nose right where the nose leads up into the top part of the forehead Decipher has a slightly curved 'hook' birthmark. It is just another way that her father knew to name her after his love of fishing.
The second recognizable mark is under her chin, which is also barely seen thanks to her make up. When she was younger Decipher got into a four wheeling accident and her chin though barely scratched up had to be pulled back together. Her father took her out and tied it together with a fishing line and sanitized it and there it healed.

Personality
Decipher is very broody. She can tend to come across as sour and while not a smart ass she is simply honest in what she thinks. This is a personality trait of hers that causes a lot of friction with her and others, sadly including family members from time to time. She does not mean to be such a hard person to understand but at the end of the day her personality just like her marks give even more meaning to her name.
She prefers her time doing things well spent and super beneficial, such as fishing because when she is fishing not only is she able to use her power of toy manipulation thanks to the fact that the spinners well do spin but she is also getting in exercise on her arms from all the throwing back and forth and all the pulling and also capturing something that if she needs to she can find someone to skin and cook and eat. The joy that she finds in fishing will always be seen on her face though since she prefers to do it alone no one in her family thinks that she has the ability to smile.
When she is drunk, however Decipher is a sing song happy young lady. She will sing (mostly terribly)and play her piano and cymbals happily without a care of who in the world is watching. History
Decipher used to be extremely close with Ribbon and Micah until they hit the age of three. While she maintained her closeness with Micah she stopped being as close with Ribbon because Ribbon tried to get her in trouble just because she used her cousin's electricity to bring charge to her power wheel though she knew better and ended up crashing into a tree. Honestly how could her cousin tell on her especially when they were supposed to be complete besties.
After that she tried to follow in the footsteps of tradition, well no. Decipher never followed any of her family's traditions and that caused a lot of rift between her and her parents however they all tried to be understanding and in the end maintained some sort of strange family life. Things got a lot better when Decipher struck a deal with her mom and dad to let her start drinking at 15. Even though her parents knew it was wrong it gave them time with their daughter and for that, they did eventually grow closer.
Decipher's jaw has had to have been replaced a total of two times since she never actually went to seek medical help when it got injured. She went to her own mother for the replacement but she has a bad habit of grinding her teeth and is going to need another replacement if she is not careful. She also has a tendency to try and break the replacement because she feels if she could break it into enough pieces she could make a Rubik's cube out of it.
When your father is good but bothered and your mother is good but a nut case you would tend to latch onto the first thing that gave you a sense of your own individuality and for Decipher that was seeing a caravan of nomad travelers one day. Watching the life of nomads just be free and roam lit a wildfire inside of her that neither of her parents wanted to contain and thus did not. She studied their ways, went on trips with them, even became a part of one until she started missing home and came back.
With a new found way of looking at life she started embracing her parents for who they were as well and this allowed her to have the time to watch Nascar with her father and learn about it and it also allowed her to hear more of her mother's musical talents and see her mother on tour though by this time her mother did not tour much she did sit down and do her best to teach Decipher some things about music like how to read the sheets which is something that she is still working on currently.
When she tried out for small regional racing she found that she was good and this is where her main passion began to really get on fire. She would spend time with her father building and watching and even seeing how cars were modeled and shortly after made. The greatest joy came for the day that she did try out for Nascar but because she had toy model cars in her bag and blueprints of plans where she had been using her powers to race the toy cars around the toy track she suspended.
Though it's no secret that racers cheat, the racing association felt that a person with powers that could directly correlate to being able to drive a car gave her too far of an advantage against any other kind of cheating and she couldn't exactly say they were wrong but not like she picked what power she was given. They did not understand that though and she didn't feel like constantly being questioned about if her racing skills were "truly hers" so she took the suspension and that haunts her to this day.
It lead back to her going home and her and her father getting into a heated argument that lead to his 'accidental' death when she 'accidentally' let go of the car he was under. She does harbor guilt over the fact that had to see her father's body pulled out from under the only thing that she truly loves in life but alas life goes on. That was a sad day for all involved and she went back to a nomad life style living out of vans, and learning how to forgive herself for his death. Her mother and her do not speak of it often and it wasn't until she had to call her cousin Micah Nottingham up to come and deal with her father's assets that she even talked to them. Now, just like the rest of them she's just trying to live for the day while trying to figure out who she really is along the way.
