Double Life
ABILITIES: Biological Teleportation - Arcadia possesses the ability to teleport any biological part of herself back to her hand. She can also teleport to any biological part of her. The distance she is able to cover depends on the amount of biological matter she is teleporting or teleporting to. The greater the matter, the longer the distance. She is able to teleport things to herself easier than she can teleport herself to other places. Arcadia has had a sword forged from iron extracted from her blood created to utilize her powers efficiently that she has named Bluriren. When teleporting Blutiren to herself, she seems to be able to summon it from anywhere. However, when teleporting herself to Blutiren, she seems to be limited to about 30 yards.
SKILLS: Morgan has spent years developing and practicing traditional sword skills, as well as studying under experts paid to adapt those swordplay skills to modern combat. As part of her training, in order to utilize her powers with Blutiren best, she has developed the ability to throw her sword up to ten yards with great accuracy. Morgan also has significant skill as an archer, although she uses this mainly for recreation.

She's also a very skilled runner, having served on her school's track team through high school.
Morgan is a speed reader, able to read and comprehend most written text faster than the average reader. It served her great through school, and she regularly reads novels and history books that interest her.
As a member of a wealthy, semi-noble family, she has been trained in most high society etiquette, much to her chagrin.
Morgan is also a pretty decent cook, something she developed as a hobby rather than out of any need to learn.
WEAKNESSES: Teleporting herself to something is far more intensive than teleporting something to herself. It affects her similarly to sprinting short distances, and too many teleports too quickly can tire her. However, teleporting an item to herself doesn't seem to have this same limitation.
Arcadia can't just teleport herself to any object willy-nilly, nor can she teleport any object to herself. The object of her focus needs to be something that is or was a biological part of her, and the larger the object the better. She could easily teleport a fingernail to herself, and maybe teleport a few inches to a fingernail, but she prefers to use Blutiren, a sword made of iron extracted from her own blood, most often. While it's difficult to separate her from Blutiren, if she was she would be effectively powerless.
While she's not aware of it yet, her teleportation operates similarly to electromagnetic waves, and as such can be blocked by enough interference between her and her focus, such as a faraday cage. So far, she hasn't found herself in a situation where this weakness has become apparent.
Appearance
GENERAL: Morgan stands at 5'4", brown, wavy hair falling to her shoulders, with piercing bright green eyes. While she doesn't intentionally tan, she makes a habit of spending a lot of time outdoors, so the complexion of her athletic frame reflects that. While she despises the shallowness of the high society she comes from, she still has a nagging sense that she needs to stay fashionable, so is often keeping up with current trends, although intentionally in a cheaper form. For casual, everyday wear, she can often be found in skirts and heels, unless taking part in active activities.
COSTUME: When fighting crime as Arcadia, she wears what seems to be a suit of silver, medieval-style full plate armor, with gold accents. In reality, it's a very cutting edge suit of protective gear. What appear to be metal plates are actually lightweight bulletproof panels, and the helmet has a voice modulator and toxin filter. The boots and gauntlets are equipped with pitons that can automatically extend to give her limited grip on walls. This outfit also includes a sheath for Blutiren, an arming sword specially made for her from iron extracted from her blood. A project that required several years of iron supplements and blood draws, Blutiren is her pride and joy, and has had ornate scrollwork etched all along the blade.

Personality
Morgan is a very strong-willed woman and unafraid to speak her mind. However, this doesn't mean she's rash in her decision making. Rather, once she comes to a conclusion, she is staunch in it's defense. However, this doesn't preclude her from coming to the wrong conclusion, and it can be very difficult to convince her that she has come to such a conclusion.
A firm believer in the concepts of honor and chivalry, here meaning caring for those less fortunate, she's made it her goal to be as philanthropic as is reasonably possible with what she has, and as such is very generous, both with her finances and time.
Despite her distaste for high society, she does value the legacy of her family, and is very proud of her heritage, and will defend her family's honor, even if sometimes the actions of her cousins isn't always honorable.
History
Morgan was born to the nominally noble Faye family in Cardiff, Wales, and for most of her childhood she grew up raised to take her place in high society. Her parents, George and Regina, both hoped to eventually improve their family status, and thus trained all their children as if they were already well-to-do nobility.
Honestly, Morgan hated it. Her older sister, Renee, and older brother, George II, both embraced it and played their high society roles to perfection.
Morgan liked the library and fencing class and archery class. She found books that told tales of courageous heroes using their wits and strength to fight back against evil in various forms. She read about the heroic Joan of Arc who fought to free France from tyrannical occupation, and she wondered why the nobles of today all seemed to just sit around and eat and have garden parties.
She was in middle school when she found a confidant in one of her favorite servants (and fencing instructor), Lucan. It was in his class that she had learned of her powers, having gotten a nosebleed after a particularly solid hit and accidentally teleporting herself to it.
Lucan shared some of her beliefs on honor and chivalry and what nobility should actually be like, and agreed to help her with her plans to live in America for a while after finishing High School, specifically Astaria, Oregon. If there was anywhere she could do good and be a knight in shining armor for the downtrodden, it was there.
She began developing a persona she would adopt, knowing what she wanted to do was illegal. Naming herself Arcadia after her hero, Joan, the other large part of her plan was getting a blade forged from the iron in her blood so she could use her abilities with it, dubbing it Blutiren due to it's origins. Almost immediately after high school she expressed her desire to go to school in America, specifically Astaria, and thanks to Lucan's assistance, George and Regina were convinced that the experience would be good for her.
Once in Astaria, technically while studying for a degree in medieval history, Morgan donned the armor that she and Lucan had had designed, and took to the streets to dispense justice as Arcadia.
