Double Life
ABILITIES:
SKILLS: All of his skills training came from his mother, who wanted him to be trained so he could protect his siblings while she was away.
WEAKNESSES:
- Gravity Manipulation: The ability to bend gravity to his will. He's able to increase and decrease gravity on himself, objects, and other people. He's even able to take away gravity completely in an area, putting it in Zero G. Manipulating gravity on more than one object or person takes more concentration and is harder for him. Also the larger the object, the more strained his ability becomes.
SKILLS: All of his skills training came from his mother, who wanted him to be trained so he could protect his siblings while she was away.
- Marksmanship: While not on an advanced or expert level, he's an excellent marksman, specifically with his twin pistols.
- Combat: He's skilled in basic combat, focusing more on using his powers in a fight.
- Weaponry: He wields twin pistols and has trained to be able to fire them with precision.
WEAKNESSES:
- Only Human: Scott's power gives him no invulnerability. He's not bulletproof. He can't take any more punches than the average non-powered human.
- Optimist: He tries to see the good in every situation. This can also be a strength however he can often be a blind optimist. And not considering the possibilities of what could go wrong in situations often leaves him ill-prepared - including emotionally and mentally - when those possibilities become reality.
- Over Protective: He's very protective of those he cares about - specifically but not limited to his younger siblings. This means he will often ignore his own well being to protect the ones he cares about, to keep them safe from danger. Their protection is often his first concern, even when his own life or the lives of civilians are at stake.
- Physical Toll: The more he tries to manipulate or the more he tries to push the limits of his gravity manipulation, the more of a physical toll it takes on his mind and body. The effects can range from headaches, physical pain, a bloody nose, coughing up blood, throwing up, and even passing out.
Appearance
GENERAL: Scott stands at six feet and one inch tall. His skin is an ivory tone. His hair is a dark brown and cut short. His eyes are also a dark green shade. He prefers wearing comfy clothes - jeans, t-shirts, sweaters when it's cold. He doesn't think of himself as necessarily attractive so he doesn't usually wear anything that shows a lot of skin, choosing to remain covered up.
COSTUME: Scott's costume consists of plain clothes thrown together with a domino mask. His pants are black with a black belt and holsters for his pistols. He wears black boots that cover just past his ankles with dark green laces. He wears black gloves on his hands and a dark green domino mask covering his eyes. He wears a black tank top with a dark green hooded sweatshirt, unzipped on top and a black leather jacket unzipped on top of that.

Personality
Scott at his core is a gentle soul. He doesn't want to do any harm, he just wants to keep people safe, especially his family. His first instinct is to be kind with people and though he may lose his patience, he tries very hard to keep it. He doesn't like fighting however he's not a pacifist - and often gets into verbal arguments with his younger brother, Ivan. He tries his best no matter what the situation is.
He's often optimistic, to the point where it can be a flaw - making him ill-prepared when situations take a turn for the worst. However it helps him stay hopeful and sometimes that's just what he needs. He's also very protective of his siblings, overly so due to having to basically help his mother raise them and take care of them whenever she had to go out of town. Though it takes a lot to make him get aggressive or hostile, his protectiveness over his siblings can easily spark those if he feels their threatened at all.
He also inherited the classic stubbornness that seems to come with his family. If he's put his mind to it, he'll do the best he can to get it done. If there's a roadblock put in front of him, he'll try his best to find a way through or around it. He's also prone to feeling guilty, feeling a weight on his shoulders that if something isn't right, he needs to do something about it, and if things just get worse, it's his fault. He still wonders if his biological father left because of him.

History
Scott was born the eldest child of Monica and Hank Stane. Growing up in Astaria, he was always closer to his mother than his father. He was excited each time he was told he'd be a big brother to a new sibling. He was nine years old when his father left him, his mother, and his siblings behind. He never knew why his father left and has often wondered if it had to do with him. After that he has very little memories of his life before he was sixteen years old. He specifically never thought much of it because when he did, it scared him.
Sixteen years old also happened to be when his powers manifested. He'd been in gym class, playing soccer. He'd been hit in the chest, hard, with a soccer ball and his newfound powers reacted, increasing gravity on the field, crushing the bleachers on both sides of the field. The students and teacher were distracted by the bleachers' suddenly destruction, but he noticed the green glow to his hands. He hid in the locker room until the glowing stopped.
He hadn't decided if he should - or how he would even - tell anyone, including his mother about his new power when two days later, his younger brother, Ivan, came to him in a panic and he found out Ivan had powers of his own too. Being afraid for his younger brother, unsure what their new powers meant, he convinced Ivan that they needed to keep their powers to themselves until they had more information. They kept their powers secret for roughly three years.
At nineteen years old, he found out his younger sister, Lisa, and youngest brother, Julian, had powers too. He stuck close to his siblings, helping keep them together even when they butted heads and argued. He often took on a parental role with them when their mother was off on work for the FBI. He enrolled and got into the local university on a swimming scholarship. He won ranked in multiple competitions but was always more focused on his academics and his family life. After graduation, he joined a local swim team and was often told he could make it to the Olympics but was never quite sure if he wanted to pursue it that far or not.
He didn't dawn his Atlas identity until he was twenty-three and a swim meet got caught in the crossfire of an attack. He dawned jeans and a hoodie and used his powers to help keep people safe. After that, he got himself a mask to wear but still only dawns his costume when he feels it's absolutely necessary. He's still part of the swim team, unsure where he's going with it, but has also gotten a job as a local lifeguard.
