Another day another fight (open)

Kyoya had been walking around with no particular direction, when he saw a kid crying. He normally ignored that but for some reason he couldn't bring himself to not help. Soon he lost sight of the kid and kept walking. Soon there were lots of kids, he wasn't too sure about being around anymore after all if one of them touched him to fast they would get hurt. Soon though he found he was being surrounded. He wasn't particularly worried about being surrounded but he didn't have a good feeling about it. Soon the random kids would try to grab him it turned out it had been a trap the kid was just taking advantage of his kindness this ticked him off. Soon he just stomped his foot creating a crater where he stood. Which caused some of the kids to trip then he tapped his foot into the ground sending waves from the vectors of his foot that tore up the ground sending the kids flying. "Next time I wont go so easy on you" he said to the unconscious kids as he called the nurse that he knew at the hospital notifying her about the kids.

Then he hung up quickly as he left the area ending up at the community center as he sighed he had made a big mess outside. "Well I hope that doesn't happen again" he said.

She did not go many places because she hated seeing things and remembeing them but coming to the community center for the short amount of time that she had been here had been good because she could see people making memories; happy ones and that made her feel good. As she sat against one of the bleachers as usual she was off in her own world because her thoughts were her safe haven at least at that moment. She finally snapped out of her thoughts when she noticed the person come in. Being wise beyond your years sucked but while it seemed they were bothered she simply turned and dug behind the bleachers. Perfect a pen without a cap. "Hmm" she said as she quietly dropped the pen and slightly kicked it in the person's general direction. She got up and put her head down as if she was looking for it when she came upon him as she looked up. "Oh my," she said as a way to gather his attention.

"I seem to have the worse luck" she said as she carefully eyed him and then tilted her head down to sell the point that she was looking for something. "I keep losing my pen but from how you seem to be sighing I bet that's crumbs compared to what you are going through. Everything alright?"

Kyoyas blue eyes raised up looking at the girl picking up the pen and handing it back to her. "It's nothing new just people taking advantage of others. Five just tried to jump me for fun" he said shrugging as he didn't have a scratch on him. "Daily life for me their all probably getting loaded into an ambulance after I called the nurse I know at the hospital. Oh and I'm Kyoya Silverman, and I have the power to control vectors" he said.

He then sat on the stairs "also in glad that pen of yours didn't come at me faster cause it would have gone straight back to you probably faster though" he said. "Just came from bringing a guy that jumped me for money to the hospital and just sent more there" he acted like he didn't care but his voice said something else. "Oh well just another day and another fight" he said.

She took her pen and nodded as a way of thanks and yes that seemed to suck but what could you do. Protect yourself which it seemed he also had under control and still she slowly spun her pin between her index and bird finger. "Do what now?" She had caught his name but that did not matter much. Names in a town like this were a dime a dozen as were powers but she took a second as she watched him take a seat on the stairs. "Control Vectors?"

She slid the pen in her back pocket as she thought about what that meant exactly. Her mind went straight to aircraft in flight or maybe like anything circular like a hurricane though she did not know if that was exactly right but still. "That sounds very solemn. I mean I do not know shit about vectors but if it's anything like a hurricane when it's spinning and looking for some type of direction that must be wild and exhilarating but also dangerous." She slightly shrugged and quickly tapped the pen that was still in the back of her pocket.

Seriously her thing as she referred to it as failed miserably. Her day had been going fantastic really and now she was remembering what he said. "Five that I bet you handled with ease." Still something seemed to linger in his voice but she was no therapist so she just assumed that was his way though she shook her head. Then it hit her like a pile of bricks and she took that pen out of her pocket and gave it one more swirl. "Eh, it's just another day another fight because you have not done anything worth being classified as a memory today. Beating up people is the normal so it's not like you are going to look back on this day and be like oh yeah I really liked doing that if so I doubt you would be here of all places and surely would not have called a hospital after."

Wisdom was her friend and her downfall. "You need to make a new memory to help with the fact that you had to defend yourself off from small but unforeseen circumstances. You look like the type to enjoy nothing fun so I guess sitting here talking to me will have to do. Though next time you got to take on five people at once you really should see if you can use that vector stuff to line them up like bowling pins and then knock em down." She was sure it did not quite work like that but still. "At least then you could look back on it and be like Yeah bitches I got a strike!"

Kyoya realized she didn't really get the concept of vector manipulation that wasn't that uncommon actually. "Lets see if i can give you an example" he said taking out a normal pencil. "For example lets say a bullet is coming at me, that bullet has a vector a direction its coming, I can control those vectors and redirect it". "Or take this pencil for example" he said his finger flicking it with so much force the pencil broke then something seemed to happen. "Go ahead and look" he said as the led from the pencil had stuck in the brick of the wall as he went over pulling it out. "See by controlling the vectors in my finger i shattered it but yet turned the led into a bullet" he said hoping that would help her understand his power. Why was he explaining it though he wondered maybe he hoped someone would think it was cool rather than dark.

"Ya as long as its not mental attacks or someone doesn't have a power blocker, or lets say i eat something poisoned then my vector manipulation can do nothing to save me, but anything physical it can" he said. "So as you said it wasn't that hard, and I guess that could be a memory, however memorys can just be erased so not sure what good some memories are" he said. "For example I don't even remember my birth name, parents or even what happened when i was born" he said shrugging. "But sure I guess i could remember this as a day that I beat them, but yet again its not like there would be anyone sad that i didn't come home if something had happened you know." He said with a sigh as he sat back down again. It wasn't that he was depressed it was that he had taught himself for what he had done in the past that it would be better if he could have been killed who knows then maybe people would be safe from him. He didn't want to hurt people yet he couldn't turn off his power even if he wanted to.

"But I guess something has happened that i would remember, as a memory about today and that's the people that actually have talked to me today, you being one of them" he said. As he leaned back his deep blue eyes looking at hers, his read as lonely although he wasn't trying to show this.

"Box of messy broken crayons I should have paid more attention in class" she said to herself as he spoke about examples. She nodded absently but that would be great. Her eyes looked at the pencil. Ooh it was number 2 and everything though she had never really heard of pencils being any other number but what did she know. She slightly peered when he told her too and at this point she was standing mouth open but quickly closed it. "Oh my that really is a bullet." She was next to someone who could make bullets. Now that is something that you lead with because hey I can make bullets is much more interesting than I control vectors but again not her department. "Ultra cool. See if you would have lead with that we could be halfway out of here and already eating pizza."

Seriously she needed to eat or else she was going to faint. "You don't remember your parents?" How much bad mojo did this guy have. She felt a little sad because it had to suck didn't it even if as an adult you had adjusted. She felt herself slightly bogged down when he mentioned it and she tried to mentally put herself in a happier place but it was hard. "Homes are temporary anyway. I mean situations though I guess it could apply to homes too." Gee she needed to stop trying to help because she really wasn't but it was not her fault. "Look I was sad when I noticed you come in." A total lie but sometimes you needed one. "Then I looked at you and I was like that guy looks sadder than my saddest memory and I was not as sad anymore so yippie you did something good just by coming through that door."

Did she have something in her eye? Blue eyes were staring right into hers and she blinked. "Do people with blue eyes not eat pizza because I really need to eat. Come on Kyoya." That reminded her as she tried to see if he had something in his eyes. Nah they just looked normal thank god because how awkward would it be if she would have had to put saliva on her fingers to remove crust. Truly truly. "I'm Caedara and I'm getting pizza. You should come with." Oh crap she probably needed to give a good reason right. "Two memories for one with me and trust me it's totally worth it."

Kyoya had to admit he was shocked on the inside. No one had ever invited him anywhere let alone want him around before. "Sure sounds good Caedara" he said getting up. "Also yes I really don't remember my parents" he said answering her question. He was used to eating out so he knew where to get some pizza and started walking with her in silence. As he walked things flashed in his mind again. Blood in an alleyway him covered in it, non injured and two dead bodies in front of him. Then another flash of an infant alone in a hospital. He didn't notice it but he did look like he was about to cry.

As he kept walking in silence soon they arrived to get pizza, he would sit down. He wasn't sure what to do this was one of his was all new to him he hadn't been invited anywhere before. Let alone have someone want to hang out with him. "So what kind you thinking?" he asked. He personally liked chicken with Alfredo" he said. Not that it mattered he didn't have much money anyways. After all he did live in a crappy apartment that got broken into all the time.

Her memories were strange because most of the bad ones were triggered by things so when he actually said Caedara she slightly sighed but it was fine he did not know. She was sad for him but he seemed fine at least until she looked over and was this guy on the verge of tears? She turned her head away and continued to walk in silence as she put her head down looking at the ground. Pizza was life though was where her mind went as she heard him speaking. "Half pepperoni and mushrooms and the other half just cheese. I usually just use the cheese half as a bottom and the pepperoni and mushroom half as a top." Calcium was important. "I'm going to eat a whole pizza by myself, maybe a whole pizza and a half so it would probably be best if you ordered one of your own. I'm paying so get whatever you want." Well actually she was using her friend's bank account but it was paid for so what was the difference.

She watched him sit down and she slowly put her feet out and then her whole body which was when she noticed that the lighting here seemed to be off. "Hey," she said as she finally took a seat in front of him but not before pulling out that pen from her back pocket and putting her head down. "So I have this rule no tears please and I'm going to need a favor. It's just a tiny one really. You see I pissed off some people earlier and I thought that I had shook them but it appears not" she said as she slightly shook her head to the left a little bit past the pizza place. "How about I get up and go pick up some pizza and other Italian crap and I just happen to accidentally kick this pen and we see what happens."

She looked over and waved because she wanted their attention right as she kicked that pen and ran. "Hey, I took your jewel and stuck it up my hoo-hah." Yeah that should work. "Be right back with that pizza." She was nice enough however to ring the bell for service as she watched the door swing back close.

"Parker I'm going to need to take my pizza to go. Also will you just throw some random stuff in a bag that you think that a brooding guy would like? I kind of left him to get rid of that guy for me so I figure he might need some food after." She looked out the door window. "Come on Mr. Silverman." She turned towards Parker. "Hey I do not suppose you know what constitutes as a vortex? I mean I pretty much just been trying to figure it out but I think I might be about to find out." The blonde known as Parker shook her head as she spoke. "Caedara really?" The blonde shook her head as the young lady shrugged. "You know my rule. Make a memory and let the stupid ass universe decide the rest though the universe is full of donkey shit."

He hadn't really gotten it but he did understand that she had pissed some people off. He really didnt want to do it but here it went. "Ok ill take care of it" he said standing up soon enough he was right behind the guys that she had pissed off. By increasing the speed of his vectors and when she kicked the pen he actually pinned one to the wall with it.

"Really dont want to have to do this boys" he said his eyes were red with red contacts in but looked natural as he had put them in just before he got to the guys. "You see you seem to be irritating my friend so ill ask you once to back off". Then one of the kids went to punch him and the next thing he knew it the guys fist had been twisted. "Really?" Kyoya sighed. As he knocked the boys out after that. Sighing making sure the pen he stuck in one of them wouldn't bleed them out although he had wanted to kill them that wouldn't be any good without knowing exactly what happened. As he then called the hospital and nurse Sherrman answered and after that and making sure the guy was stable he left so that the ambulance could take care of it.

He found his friend and said "There you go taken care of" he said as he went back to sitting down at the table ordering some alphredo pizza. A mini sized one. He then sat down having taken his contacts out before he left the boys. He didnt really expect anything in return to him he did nothing special. Nothing at all special. He leaned back waiting for the pizza.

She looked back at Parker when he came through the door and shrugged as Parker turned up her nose. "She's going to get right on making that pizza for you" she said as she took a seat. She felt kind of bad really and she sighed. "Look I'm sorry I really should not have just left you like that but if I do not eat on time I get weak. It's a long and painful story and we all have secrets right?" She shrugged as she looked at him.

What tripped her out more was the fact that once the pizza arrived his pizza was so tiny compared to hers. It did not matter she was going to stuff her face because who cared about impressions. Plus what was he eating? Sauce and bread, perhaps chicken too. "The pizza is on the house because that's my friend and she is going to give you all the pizza or anything else Italian you want. Just drop my name and it is literally on the house." Parker rolled her eyes and shook her head no, but she was simply ignored by the young lady who went on. "Alright so I say we chunk this pizza down and then because I am a nice person you can show me where you stay. I'll crash outside the door that way when you wake up or can't sleep I'll just be there throwing up because I ate way too much pizza and there will be someone who is kind of glad you got home."

She didn't know him and she had figured if he was a serial killer he would not know a nurse. "I don't know you but I do know no one should ever go home alone. Sleep alone sure but going home alone sucks. I spent a couple of weeks in a box when I was younger and I hated it." It was true. She turned towards him and spoke. "Don't look me in my eyes again though. You know what they say about spark? It always starts with pizza."

She slapped herself on the knee because that was great. "I'm just kidding but I do want to know more about this vector control. You interest me though I am afraid I bring nothing to the table I kinda want to be friends."

She did not know crap about friendship because her current set of friends were always protecting her because of what she had been through. "If you are going to turn me down I am going to need you to look me straight in my eyes though because when someone is looking you in the eyes you know they are being honest. Besides I seen you trying to look into my eyes back there if you wanted to look at them you should just ask." She blinked at him as she continued to stuff pizza. "Your pizza good?"
